Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a swimming pool. The staff kindly helped me with dining places during my first stay. I recommend staying here for a great experience. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The location for Hershey was great and fantastic, close enough to Hershey's Giant Center and attractions, shopping, and food and THE PARK. The room was very clean and maintained and available with a sleeper sofa.

The hotel serves good food. All the rooms are perfectly clean and well-appointed with a sleeper sofa and the staff is excellent co-operating.

The rooms have a min-fridge and basic cable channels. I liked the small indoor pool, but the towels there were tiny. Breakfast included cereal, waffles, and donuts, a nice touch! Just keep in mind the bathroom is a bit snug. Good enough for a budget stay near Hershey Park!

Rather unprofessional handling of reservations!!! It's disappointing that a hotel charges extra for an additional person in a room. Better communication on rates and policies could enhance guest experience!!!
